Als Skeptiker trat ich diesem Buch mit einer gesunden Dosis Skepsis entgegen, aber die Prosa des Autors ist wie ein langsam brennendes Feuer, das mich schließlich für sich gewann, dessen Wärme und Licht in meine Knochen einsickerten und dort lange nach dem Lesen blieben.
