Kirjoitus oli kuin mestarillinen syy, jossa jokainen osa toimi yhteen täydellisessä harmoniassa, mutta jotenkin tuntui liioitellulta ja manipulatiiviselta. Henkilöiden, vaikka vioittuneita ja usein törkeitä, tuntui ylivoimaisesti tottuneilta, heidän ongelmat ja voittonsa heijastelivat omia asioitamme sekä syvällisellä että yllättävällä tavalla, ihmiskunnan osuudesta muistutuksen.
