Als die Geschichte zu Ende bücher fühlte ich eine Art Traurigkeit, eine rührende Erkenntnis, kaufen ich die Figuren und die Welt, in der sie lebten, vermissen würde, als würde ich einen Teil von mir selbst zurücklassen. Und doch, trotz der vielen Stärken, war die Erzählung letztendlich fehlerhaft, ein unvollkommenes, unvollständiges Ding, das mich unzufrieden zurückließ, wie eine Mahlzeit, kaufen unvollendet geblieben war.
